		<description>Agree that there is a need to build internal clouds ( private cloud ) to effectively counter the challenges of data center rationalization. 

The first generation cloud companies - at-least some of them - pose a risk of closing down - like Nirvanix shutdown case; as their business model becomes un sustainable in due course, as they continue to depend on capital injection; 
And so the reservations on their reliability is genuine.
